#1: Tropical vibe in town

One month before the birth of their baby boy I accepted to realised this photo reportage for a french couple residing in Madrid. We strolled around, capturing both posed shots and spontaneous moments during a two-hour photo session. I've encapsulated three different atmospheres that I invite you to discover through the images.

45 minutes later, after the final shots taken in the 'Equator' space, where we immersed ourselves in lush vegetation and a warm climate (see the banana tree photo!), we decided to get some fresh air.

The term 'matadero' translates to 'slaughterhouse' in Spanish, which may not sound very glamorous for a couple photo session. However, we chose to set aside the literal translation of the place (now rehabilitated) and focus on its brick architecture and pavilions characterized by their conceptual simplicity.

Mood change ! Here, we dive into the industrial architecture of the Roaring Twenties to produce dynamic photos with an 'old-school' charm.

We couldn't wrap up this professional photoshoot in Madrid without capturing some shots in this enchanting setting. Let's continue the journey, this time in the iconic Retiro Park, right in the heart of Madrid, searching for trees with warm-colored leaves and ochre tones.

With the sunlight filtering through the leaves, I eventually found the perfect canvas to immortalize laughter and create beautiful photo portraits with background blurs (or "bokeh" for the most initiated ones).
